MARIGOLDX · INVESTOR BRIEF

CAUR investor brief

CAUR is a drill-tested gold exploration project in Chile’s Maricunga Gold Belt, with priority targets for follow-up exploration.

MariGoldX is a Chilean exploration mining company founded by Chilean geologists through Geostein. MariGoldX has acquired CAUR, a drill-tested gold exploration project, as its flagship focus.

Project overview

Next phase: integrated drill targeting

Verify historical collars, logs and assays. Map structures and concession boundaries. Validate HSI minerals by field SWIR/XRD and plan approximately 200 rock and trench samples with QA/QC. Select targeted magnetics and electrical surveys. Integrate the results to rank drill targets.

A proposed 3,000–6,000 m Phase 2 drilling programme will be refined after Phase 1 and is subject to funding and permits. Follow-up drilling and resource assessment proceed only if results support further investment.

Investment discussion

Staged exploration funding or a project partnership. Agree the technical work programme, budget, milestones and a suitable investment or joint-venture structure.

Technical information

CAUR has no mineral resource or reserve. Historical grades are management-supplied and require original-record verification. The 2021 release documents drilling and alteration, but does not state these gold intervals. Drill lengths are not true widths. Rock-chip samples are selective. Regional deposits and HSI do not establish an economic deposit at CAUR.

Current titles, boundaries and any transfer arrangements require confirmation during due diligence. Plans depend on funding, permits, access and results. This brief is for discussion and does not set investment terms.
